Richard Stracke has extensive experience in technical support and application development, currently serving as Principal Support Engineer at MariaDB Corporation since June 2016, where responsibilities have evolved from Support Engineer to Senior Support Engineer. Prior to joining MariaDB, Richard worked at QVC from 1997 to May 2016 as an Application Developer, gaining valuable expertise in software development and support within a dynamic retail environment.
