Joe Heidt

Joe Heidt, M.S.Ed., serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Vibrant Schools Partnerships at Marian University Indianapolis since January 2021, focusing on developing and administering educational programs. Previously, Joe held the position of Chancellor, where strategic plans were established for Marian University's Ancilla College. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Consultant at Shepherd Insurance & JH Consulting, LLC, and Vice President of Business Development at Hays + Sons. Joe also served as President & CEO of Providence Cristo Rey High School, leading efforts in sustainability and mission effectiveness, and as an Associate Broker at NAI Global, achieving over 70 commercial real estate transactions. Earlier positions include Administration and Teaching at Archbishop Riordan High School and Sales Representative at Royal Food Products Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University Bloomington, an Educational Administration & Leadership Credential from San Francisco State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
