Scot Bailey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Mariani Premier Group since May 2022, Scot previously held the position of Director of Corporate Development at Ryan from March 2020 to May 2022, and Senior Vice President at BCMS North America from November 2017 to March 2020. Scot’s expertise includes managing sell-side M&A processes for privately held companies, providing strategic advice in various industries, and overseeing internal acquisition and divestiture pipelines at Xerox, where Scot worked from October 2010 to March 2017.
