Eloy Olivarri is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in food service management. Since August 1996, Eloy has served as the Corporate Executive Chef and Director of Food Service for the Marianist Province of the United States, showcasing expertise in overseeing and enhancing food operations. Additionally, since August 1995, Eloy holds the position of Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage at St. Marys Faculty, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and service in the culinary arts.
