Cassandra Carraher

Cassandra Carraher is a multifaceted professional currently serving as a Member of Grammy U at The Recording Academy and a Member of The Society for Ethnomusicology. In addition, Cassandra holds the position of Legal Officer and Manager at Lap Dog Music Group, a student-run management company. Cassandra is also an active retailer on Depop and eBay, focusing on the upcycling of clothing and books, respectively. Previous experience includes roles as a Gallery Ambassador at Hammer Museum, a cashier at Maria's Italian Kitchen, and an expeditor at SparX Fine Chinese Cuisine, where language skills in Chinese were leveraged. Cassandra's musical background features participation as a trumpet player in Capital District Marching Band and an internship with the Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Music Industry at UCLA, Cassandra has also completed a certificate from the American Center for Mongolian Studies and a Music Industry Essentials certificate from NYU.
