Patty Stake

Patty Stake has extensive work experience in the field of HRIS management. Patty started their career at Hospital Sisters Health System in 1991 as a Senior Systems Analyst and later became a Systems Analyst III. In 2013, they were promoted to the role of HRIS Manager, where they managed the support of HR and Payroll platforms for 20 HSHS Ministries. Currently, Patty is employed as an HRIS Data Director at Maricopa Community Colleges since 2020. Throughout their career, Patty has been involved in various HR transformation projects, including the implementation of iCIMS Talent Acquisition solution and Ultimate Software. Patty has also led engagements with Mercer and HSHS to prepare for the deployment of Work Day in 2021.

Patty Stake attended Blackburn College from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Computer Science.
