Cary Bailen

Cary Bailen is an experienced health and wellness professional with a diverse background in coaching and program development. Currently serving as an Employee Health and Wellness Coach at Maricopa County Sheriff's Office since December 2021, Cary designs and implements health improvement programs for employees. Simultaneously, Cary has been a Certified Health Coach with Simply Health since January 2018, providing personalized support to clients in achieving their health goals. As a Health and Wellness Partner at Juice Plus since November 2014, Cary oversees over 35 business partners and promotes whole food nutrition. Prior experience includes founding and leading Kidz for Life, where Cary developed an award-winning health curriculum, and serving as Worksite Wellness Coordinator for Maricopa County Public Health, facilitating wellness initiatives across various organizations. Cary holds a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.
