Bryan Cascarano

Bryan Cascarano has a diverse work experience in the recruiting and placement industry. Bryan began their career as an Equity Analyst at QCI Asset Management in 1999 and later worked as an Executive Recruiter at Parker & Lynch in 2002. From 2003 to 2008, Bryan served as a Senior Consultant at the Mergis Group, where they mentored a team of recruiters and ensured high-quality candidate matches for clients. In 2008, they became the Managing Director and Partner at jobTopia LLC, a premier placement firm specializing in accounting resources. Currently, Bryan is the Managing Director at Mariden Search, where they take a consultative approach to matching candidates and clients based on their respective goals.

Bryan Cascarano studied International Business at SUNY New Paltz, where they earned a BBA degree. Prior to that, they attended McQuaid Jesuit.
