Nia Seldon is a multifaceted professional with experience in education, marketing, and project management. Currently serving as a Registered Behavior Technician at Upward Behaviors since May 2024, Nia also works as an Assistant Coach for middle and high school throwers at Marietta City Schools, specializing in shot put, discus, hammer, and weight. Previous roles include Special Educator, where Nia contributed to school committees and supported at-risk students, and a Learning and Development Marketing Intern at Columbia Residential, focused on process improvement and employee training. Nia's earlier experience as a Teacher Assistant at Crème de la Crème, Inc., and a Project Management Intern at The Georgia Games further developed skills in mentoring, data analysis, and project support. Nia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Kennesaw State University.
