Karina Grace de Guzman

Karina Grace De Guzman has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Human Resources Manager for People Development & Employee Relations at Marikina Valley Medical Center since October 2019, with previous roles including People Development & Employee Relations Supervisor and Recruitment Supervisor. Prior to this, Karina held the position of Human Resources Specialist at Banapple J3 Corporation and served as Human Resources Supervisor and HR Assistant at Edmark Group of Companies. Karina began a career in human resources with a project-based role as an HR Assistant at Omniglobe International. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resource Management from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina, completed in 2014.
