Tavy Fields possesses extensive experience in educational consulting and leadership, currently working as a contractor and consultant for Purpose Parties & The Knowledge Consultants, LLC since January 2018. Fields also serves as a model and actress with Marilyn's Agency, specializing in various genres including commercial and runway. A notable background in education includes a tenure as a school principal for Guilford County Schools from August 2011 to June 2019, where leadership skills led to significant recognitions such as Title I Reward School and Apple Distinguished School. Prior roles include assistant principal, guiding Montlieu's transition to a 1:1 iPad environment, and as a Science and Technology Magnet Coordinator. Tavy Fields holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master's degree in School Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
