Angela Dowd

Angela Dowd serves as the Matrix Communications Coordinator at the Marin Center for Independent Living, responsible for designing email marketing materials and newsletters. With a decade of experience as the Communications Coordinator at the Matrix Parent Network & Resource Center, Angela Dowd developed cross-media materials, managed digital content, and enhanced branding initiatives. As the owner/operator of ACDowd Designs from 1996 to 2023, Angela Dowd provided graphic design and training materials to various clients. Previous roles include instructional design for Harkcon Inc. and graphic design at San Francisco State University. Angela Dowd holds a Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in Instructional Technologies and a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Industry from San Francisco State University, along with a Web Graphic Designer Certificate from Santa Rosa Junior College.
