Nikki Collins

Nikki Collins has extensive experience in leadership and human resources, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for North Marin Community Services since October 2018 and as a Human Resources Generalist for Marin Community Foundation since November 2002. Previous roles include Secretary for the Board of Directors at Big Brothers Big Sisters of the North Bay and Fort Bend County Branch Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Houston. Nikki's earlier career involved positions related to development and management within Crisis Intervention of Houston, Career and Recovery Resources Inc., and various roles at Shell Oil Company, where responsibilities spanned from entry-level accounting to management of 40 staff. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University, earned between 1972 and 1976.
