Phil Marsh

Phil Marsh, MBA, MSOL, currently serves as a Deputy Sheriff at Marin County Sheriff's Office since July 2018. Prior to this role, Phil Marsh accumulated over 21 years of experience in the U.S. Coast Guard, where responsibilities included Senior Chief Operations Specialist, Communications Assistance Team Lead, and Operations Security and Physical Security Program Manager. Phil Marsh holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Business from Dominican University of California and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Redlands School of Business & Society. Additionally, a Bachelor of Science in Management was obtained from Norwich University, complemented by advanced leadership training from the U.S. Coast Guard.
