Stewart Cowan

Stewart Cowan possesses extensive experience in law enforcement, having served as a Deputy Sheriff for the Marin County Sheriff's Office since March 2000 and held the position of Police Officer for the Town of Fairfax, CA from December 1986 to March 2000. Earlier in their career, Stewart Cowan worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department and began as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force from September 1979 to September 1983. Since October 2019, Stewart Cowan has also been the Treasurer for the California Association of Law Enforcement Background Investigators (CALEBI).
