Martti Artama

Martti Artama has extensive experience in various leadership and board member roles within different companies. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Marine Alutech Oy Ab, Martti oversees all operational functions with a team of almost 100 people. Additionally, Martti also runs their own company, LBC Services Oy, providing consultancy and coaching services for companies looking to enhance their leadership and business practices. Martti has a strong educational background, having completed the Metso Catalyst Leadership Program at IMD and earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Wood Science and Wood Products/Pulp and Paper Technology.
