Thomas Fjeldbonde

Thomas Fjeldbonde serves as President of Marine Benefits since March 2019, leading the largest health insurance company in the maritime industry with a focus on the health and well-being of seafarers and their families. Prior to this role, Thomas held key positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk, including Head of Global Crew Operations, overseeing 9,000 seafarers from various nationalities, and Director of Regional Business Performance, contributing to nearly $2 billion in annual revenue for the West and Central Asia region. Thomas is also a former business owner with experience in establishing successful ventures and has a strong background in project management, process improvement, and supply chain management from early roles within Maersk. Educationally, Thomas holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore and completed the Maersk International Shipping Education program.
