Dawson Shamblin

Dawson Shamblin currently serves as the CEO of Marine Concepts since October 2023 and holds the position of Senior Vice President of the Kanbrick Business System at Kanbrick since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and General Manager, Global eCommerce Lead, and Chief of Staff at Rodan + Fields from June 2019 to September 2021, as well as a Senior Manager and Consultant at Bain & Company from October 2010 to March 2019. Dawson also contributed as Maggiano's CRM Manager (Extern) at Brinker International in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (2015) and dual Bachelor degrees in Business Administration (Finance) and Music Performance (Classical Guitar) from Southern Methodist University (2010).
