Joanne O'Hagan

Joanne O'Hagan has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Facilities management. Joanne has worked for various organizations in different roles.

From 2013, Joanne worked as the Head of HR & Facilities at Marine Conservation Society. Their responsibilities included advising the CEO and Senior Management Team on organizational development, leadership and management development, employee relations issues, and H&S policy. Joanne also developed and implemented HR strategies and supported managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, Joanne worked as an HR Advisor (Contract) at Two Rivers Housing.

From 2002 to 2010, Joanne worked at Futurelab Education as an HR/Office Manager. Their role involved supporting the development of the organization, coaching and advising managers on employee relations, and overseeing learning and development initiatives.

Additionally, they received various certifications including a Level 3 Award in Education & Training from Hartpury College in 2016, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Gloucestershire in 2011, a Certificate in Personnel Practice from CIPD in 2005, a Level 3 certificate in Occupational Health & Safety from NEBOSH in 2004, and became a Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming from The Northern School of NLP & Associated Studies in 2000.
