Ed Larkin

Ed Larkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and acquisition strategy. Currently serving as a Program Manager at IPKeys Technologies LLC since June 2014, Ed has also held key roles in the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation's NY Leatherneck Ball Committee since 2010 and previously worked as a Subject Matter Expert and Acquisition Analyst at QinetiQ North America from July 2009 to June 2014. Ed's background includes serving as an Acquisition Analyst at BAE Systems and as a VP at the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Ed's military experience as an Infantry Officer and Senior Acquisition Lead in the United States Marine Corps enriches the expertise brought to consulting on acquisition processes. Ed holds a Master’s degree in Systems Management from Capitol Technology University, earned between 1996 and 1998.
