Kalpana Redij

Kalpana Redij has work experience with three different companies. Their most recent position is as a Design Engineer at L&T Technology Services Limited, which they started in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at Marine Electricals (India) Limited starting in April 2018. Their earliest work experience was as a Design Engineer at Shivam Electricals Pvt. Ltd., where they worked from April 2016 until March 2018.

Kalpana Redij completed a Diploma of Education in Electrical Engineering from M.H. Saboo Siddik College Of Engineering from 2009 to 2012. Kalpana then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering from Suman Education Trust Dilkap Research Institute of Engineeing & Management Studies from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they are enrolled at Welingkar Institute of Management and is expected to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from 2021 to 2023.
