James McCoy

James McCoy possesses extensive experience in maintenance management and engineering, currently serving as the Maintenance Work Management Administrator at Marine Well Containment Company since 2014. In this role, James oversees SAP Plant Maintenance process improvements and leads a Work Order Costing project. Prior activities include tenure as Lead CMMS Engineer for the ExxonMobil Hebron project at IHI Corporation, where James developed maintenance strategies for SAP Master Data. James has also held various positions at BHP Billiton, contributing to SAP design standards and supporting multiple implementations across North and South America. James’s foundational experience includes serving as an Engineer Room Supervisor in the US Navy and pursuing coursework in Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering at respected institutions, complemented by specialized training in SAP and Prometheus Scheduling.
