Nick Schwidder

Nick Schwidder has over 15 years of experience in the marine industry, currently serving as Fixed Operations Manager at MarineMax since June 2017, with prior roles including Regional Service and Parts Manager for the Northeast and Service Manager. Before MarineMax, Nick held the position of Operations Manager at Paugus Bay Marina from May 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities included strategic development, operational budgeting, and customer service enhancement. Prior experience at Russo Marine from February 2008 to May 2014 involved management as Service Director, overseeing personnel, customer service, and operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Nick holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Montana State University-Bozeman.
