Jason Risk

Jason Risk serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Mariner Finance, LLC since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions at Ocwen Financial Corporation, including Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, as well as Counsel and Senior Counsel from December 2013 to April 2023. Jason's earlier experience includes working as an Attorney at Stevens & Lee, P.C. and Reed Smith LLP, focusing on financial services litigation, commercial litigation, and employment and labor litigation. Jason obtained a Juris Doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Gettysburg College (1999-2003).
