Jeffrey F Casey

Jeffrey F. Casey serves as the Senior Vice President of Learning and Development at Mariner Finance, where responsibilities include developing strategic direction for company-wide learning initiatives and overseeing transformational acquisition integrations. Under Jeffrey's leadership, the Learning and Development team received several accolades, including recognition in the 2016 Training Magazine Top 125 and CLO Learning Elite. Additionally, Jeffrey held the position of Chairperson for the American Financial Services Leadership and Development Advisory Board from January 2016 to January 2023. Previous experience includes serving as SVP of Training at CFNA, a division of Citigroup, and as Director of Training for Citi/OneMain, along with a foundational role in Consumer Lending at American General Finance. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Speech Communications from Central Washington University and an Associate of Arts in Business from Yakima Valley Community College.
