Alex Petrovic

Alex Petrovic has a long and successful career in technology. Alex began their career in 1998 as a Software Architect/Lead Developer at Alcatel Canada (iMagicTV). During their time there, they were the technical lead for the company's Video on Demand (VoD) product line, and led teams of analysts, developers and testers to produce the world's first IP Video delivery platform. In 2004, they joined JDA Software as a Software Architect, where they designed and helped develop the company's distributed Point of Sale System. In 2006, they joined Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as a Solution Architect, where they led multi-vendor architecture and implementation teams to a successful completion of multiple IP Video projects. Finally, in 2009, they joined Mariner Partners, Inc. as Chief Technology Officer, where they were responsible for the technology evolution of 6 products with accumulated revenue of over $100 million. As Chief Architect/Director of Solutions Engineering, they were also managing the technical relationship with Tier1 telecom accounts, and was the technical lead for partnering with vendors including Microsoft, Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco.

Alex Petrovic holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Analysis from the University of New Brunswick.
