William Hutchens

William works with clients to understand their goals and values and then designs, implements and monitors customized wealth plans to help them reach their goals.

Prior to joining Mariner Wealth Advisors, he was a partner and portfolio manager for Granite Investment Advisors. Prior to that, he was the founder and president of Hutchens Investment Management. Before founding his own company, William was a portfolio manager for Taylor Investments, an institutional investment consultant for The Hannah Group. He was also a portfolio manager for Wang Development and Investment Co and an account controller for State Street Bank and Trust.
