Lillian currently serves as the Accreditation, Regulation & Licensing Manager at MarinHealth Medical Center, where they lead all accreditation, regulatory, and licensing activities for the hospital. Lillian Chan, FACHE has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of California, Berkeley. Later, they pursued their Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, specializing in Hospital/Health Care Administration.
In addition to their educational background, Lillian Chan has obtained several certifications. Lillian is a Fellow (FACHE) of the American College of Healthcare Executives, which they achieved in March 2008. Lillian also holds the Certification as a Healthcare Executive from the same institution, which they obtained in August 1990.
