Matt Bergman serves as the Principal at Ridge Strategic LLC since January 2020, a venture that has been years in the making. Simultaneously, Matt continues in a permanent outside counsel capacity as Senior Counsel at Marino, where strategic advice and complex project management led to significant revenue and headcount growth. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President & Senior Counsel at Marino, Senior Strategic Counsel at Finn Dixon & Herling LLP, and Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges, focusing on major corporate restructurings. Educational credentials include a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.S. in Finance from Pace University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
