Shawn Kaddoura

Shawn Kaddoura has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Shawn began their career in 1990 as an Operations Manager at Campbell Soup Company. Shawn then moved on to become a Production Manager at Nestle USA in 1997. In 2000, they were appointed Vice President of Operations at Dairy Farmers of America. Two years later, they joined MillerCoors as Director of Technical Services. In 2008, they were appointed Vice President of Operations at Fuji Food Products Inc. and in 2012 they became Vice President of Operations at Torn & Glasser, where they were responsible for directing and overseeing all operations activities including Manufacturing & Production, Supply Chain & Distribution, QA, Engineering, Maintenance, Purchasing, Accounting / Financial services and HR. In 2014, they were appointed President & CEO at Mario Camacho Foods.

Shawn Kaddoura holds an MBA in Operations Management from The University of Findlay and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
