Joona Uusitalo

Joona Uusitalo is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently working at Marioff since February 2018, specializing in the electrical design of fire protection systems for land and marine projects and participating in new product development initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at Tampere University of Technology focused on sensor solutions for elevator systems, and completing a trainee position at Etteplan where various electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic design tasks were undertaken. Joona Uusitalo has also held electrician roles at Sandvik, handling electrical installations of tunneling equipment and drilling rigs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, complemented by early academic achievements in secondary education.
