Nikita Cruz

Nikita Cruz is a seasoned Business Technologist and HR Compensation Specialist with a diverse background in IT support and business management. Currently serving at the Marion County Board of County Commissioners since February 2019, Nikita has previously held roles including IT Helpdesk at eResources ITonDemand, where duties involved remote IT support and maintenance. As the owner of Balance Eternelle Day Spa from August 2007 to September 2017, responsibilities spanned website development, computer network management, and financial oversight.
