Chris Abbaleo

Chris Abbaleo is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent at Marion P. Thomas Charter School since July 2021. Prior career roles include various positions at Newark Public Schools from September 2010 to June 2021, such as Assistant Principal, School Chief Innovation Officer, and Biology Teacher, along with responsibilities as School Operations Manager. Chris Abbaleo holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership from Concordia University-Portland (2013-2014) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from Montclair State University (2005-2009).
