John Appel

John Appel is currently an advisor at Mariposa Technology, Inc. Prior to this, they were the president and board member of BPS Agriculture, LLC from May 2019 to July 2022. From April 2018 to April 2019, they were the Vice President of Customer Solutions at Exacto Inc. From May 2012 to April 2018, they were the product marketing lead of herbicides at Syngenta. From October 2010 to May 2012, they were the strategy and new business development manager at Ashland, Inc. From August 2006 to October 2010, they were the global commodity manager at Avantor.

John Appel has a MBA in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business and a BA in Chemistry from Lehigh University.
