M3 MEP, LLC is seeking experienced Electrical Foreman for commercial and industrial projects. The Foreman will supervise and work with a crew of skilled and unskilled personnel engaged in electrical related tasks. Applicants must have commercial and industrial experience, be currently certified by the State of California Department of Industrial Relations, and have experience running crews between 5-10 people.
- Knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70e Code
- Read and understand all contract documents, including Mark III scopes, specifications, and plans.
- Delegate tasks to crew members.
- Communication with the General Contractor (GC), clients, and other trades
- Create 3-week look aheads schedules
- Order material and understand work break down schedule
- Ensure labor hours are met or beaten.
- Ability to Track production
- Enter job site time into About Time software
- Work with Project Engineer (PE) and Project Manager (PM) to document changes in scope of work
- Safety responsibilities
- Maintain safety responsibilities, including conducting weekly tailgate meetings, jobsite inspections, Job Hazard Analyses (JHA), Method of Procedures (MOP), Injury and Illness Prevention Programs (IIPP), Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, and heat illness prevention.
