Charlie Falconer

Charlie Falconer has extensive experience in watersports management, currently serving as the Resort Operations Watersports Manager at Mark Warner Ltd since September 2004, overseeing multiple beach resort waterfronts across diverse locations while managing a significant budget and staffing range. In addition to direct training for staff and adherence to health and safety standards, Falconer oversees programming for various watersport activities and liaises with national governing bodies, local authorities, and clients. Prior experience includes roles such as the RYA Dinghy Coach/Assessor since June 2000 and Centre Manager at Royal Victoria Dock Watersports Centre, where Falconer was responsible for sports development, health and safety management, and staffing. Educational qualifications include an MA in Ceramics from the Royal College of Art and a BA(Hons) in Three Dimensional Design from Loughborough College.
