Additionally, Shawn is a Co-Founder and Partner at Uva Vault, focusing on the "wine-backed" NFT space. Shawn also serves as an Advisory Board Member at PushKin and a Fellow at The Culinary Institute of America. With a background in franchise consulting and marketing, Shawn has experience in optimizing franchise offerings and building high-performing teams. Shawn holds a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship & Private Equity from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.
