Carolyn Montgomery

Carolyn Montgomery has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Carolyn is currently working as the VP of Talent & People at both The Black Tux and Marke. Prior to this, they served as the VP of HR at Pangea Money Transfer, where they were responsible for managing all talent-related initiatives and troubleshooting issues across the organization. Before that, they worked at Centro as a Business Partner, supporting functional heads in various departments. Carolyn also has experience in recruiting and HR, having held positions at ChannelIQ, Kappa Search Inc. (KSI), and RuffaloCODY. Additionally, they have held leadership roles in Pi Beta Phi Fraternity and worked as a Telefund Specialist at the University of Iowa Foundation.

Carolyn Montgomery holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in English from the University of Iowa. Carolyn has also obtained certifications including a Certified OKR Professional from OKRsTraining.com and an Analytics for Talent Management certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Additionally, Carolyn has pursued further professional development in the field of Human Resources, obtaining a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and a SHRBP (Strategic HR Business Partner) certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI).
