Thomas Harden has a strong background in customer care and operations management. Thomas is currently employed as the Sr. Director of Customer Care at Marke and The Black Tux since 2022. Prior to that, they founded bebettermen in 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Booking.com as the Director of Contact Center, overseeing a large team and implementing comprehensive customer success programs. Before that, they held various leadership roles at Nielsen from 2008 to 2016, managing contact centers and analyzing media viewing habits. In 2002, they worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as a District Manager in the Contact Center/Call Center, leading strategic initiatives and managing teams. Thomas also has experience at ALLTEL Communications, where they supervised collections agencies and managed third party collection vendors. Thomas Harden has a proven track record in driving customer satisfaction and implementing process improvements.
Thomas Harden received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Administration from North Carolina Central University from 1987 to 1991. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on the Executive MBA Program at Baylor University.
