Tina Sroat

Tina Sroat has extensive experience in merchandising, planning, and supply chain management. Tina currently holds the position of Chief Merchandising and Planning Officer / SVP Merchandising at The Black Tux since October 2020. Prior to this, they were employed as the Head of Merchandising at Marke starting in February 2023. From December 2013 to October 2020, Tina worked at Tea Collection, where they held the role of VP of Merchandising, Planning, Supply Chain, and E-commerce. Tina also has experience working at Gap Inc., Sears, Janie and Jack, and Ariat International in various merchandising and planning positions. Tina's work experience spans over 30 years, beginning in 1993.

Tina Sroat has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Boston College. Tina also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
