Nancy Kapoor

Nancy Kapoor is an experienced professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Markeeters since September 2022 and also functioning as an Account Manager at People-Scientists. Prior to these roles, Nancy worked at LIDO from December 2018 to August 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included onboarding, training, and optimizing customer experiences. Nancy began the career journey as a Customer Success Manager at BYJU’S Learning from January 2014 to November 2018. Academically, Nancy holds a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a Bachelor's of Arts in English Language and Literature from Hansraj College, along with a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Delhi Public School, Ranchi.
