Marta Magnuszewska

Marta Magnuszewska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data and analytics across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director (VP) of Claims Analytics at Markel, Marta has previously held leadership roles at The Hartford as AVP of Data Science and at JOHN BEAN TECHNOLOGIES CORP as Global Senior Manager of Data & Analytics. At Allstate, Marta progressed through several analytics positions, culminating in the role of Senior Analytics Leader for the Claims Organization, overseeing a large team. Early career experiences include managing a bank branch and working as a Trader Assistant. Marta holds a Master of Science in Communication from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from DePaul University, alongside certifications in data science and leadership.
