Pat O'Reilly

Pat O'Reilly is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and system implementation. Currently serving as President of It Is So LLC since September 2012, Pat specializes in leading IT projects and turning around troubled initiatives. In the role of Program Manager at Markel Insurance SE since February 2019, Pat has successfully assisted with a troubled planning system and led key implementations including Clearwater Analytics and Oracle Financial Systems Cloud. Additionally, Pat has been involved with The Ozone since March 2009, developing a unique daycare and recreation concept. Previous experience includes a long-term consulting role at Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group, where Pat created a strategy for a consolidated data warehouse, and significant positions at Circuit City, overseeing various IT management roles and successful project turnarounds. Pat holds an MBA in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
