Previously, at AXA Insurance Company, Helen held multiple roles including Head of Operational Excellence & Improvement and Head of Operations, where responsibilities included strategic change management and service quality enhancement. Earlier career highlights include establishing a successful operational finance function at Swiftcover Insurance Services and managing budgets as Senior Management Accountant for County Durham & Darlington Acute Hospital Trust.
