Valerie Cramb

Valerie Cramb has a diverse and extensive work experience. Valerie began their career at Guardian Insurance in 1992 as a Training Officer and Commercial Underwriter. Valerie then worked at Brand Rex Ltd as an Employee Development Officer from 1998 to 2002. Following that, they joined The Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care as a Senior HR Adviser from 2002 to 2006. Valerie then moved to SCSWIS as an Employee Development Manager from 2006 to 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Talent Development and Reporting at Markerstudy Insurance, a role they have been in since December 2020. Overall, Valerie has acquired a wealth of knowledge and skills in talent development, employee management, and HR advising throughout their career.

Valerie Cramb has an Associateship degree from the Chartered Institute of Insurance, which they completed in 1994. Valerie also has a Bachelor's degree in Geography, specializing in Social Sciences, from the University of Glasgow, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. In addition, Valerie has a certification in Managing Health and Safety from NEBOSH and a degree in Human Resource Management from Fife College. Valerie has also obtained additional certifications in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, PRINCE 2, and Strengthscope 360.
