Stacie Harral

Stacie Harral has been working in the professional world since 2008. Stacie started their career as an Administrative Assistant at SAIC, where they worked with the user acceptance testing team for a commercial contract website for appx 10,000 users. In 2011, they began working for Leidos as a Technical Writer and Business Systems Analyst Team Lead, overseeing a small team to ensure DoD client satisfaction. Stacie also worked with a user base of over 400,000 users on a Java based web application, performing SDLC tasks to assist in system upgrade/maintenance, providing help desk assistance via telephone and e-mail, and daily website publishing. In 2014, they began working as a Zumba Fitness Instructor at Zumba. In 2016, they began working at ITility, LLC as a technical writer/quality assurance, providing system administration support for Java based software application utilized by over 500,000 users and working with development team thought out the development software lifecycle using Agile methodology. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Writer / Site Lead at Markesman Group.

Stacie Harral completed their Bachelor's of Science at George Mason University between 2004 and 2008.
