Jaynie Isbell

Jaynie (Jayne) Isbell, MA, serves as an Insights Analyst and Project Manager at MDC Research since April 2021. Previously, Jaynie held positions at the University of Memphis as a Graduate Assistant, where responsibilities included revising and editing texts, event planning, and conducting educational programs. As a Graduate Research Assistant, Jaynie assisted in qualitative research, conducting ethnographic interviews and managing sensitive data using MAXQDA. Experience also includes a practicum internship with the Refugee Empowerment Program focused on volunteer research and training development, and an AmeriCorps VISTA Summer Associate role at Literacy Mid-South, supporting summer reading initiatives for at-risk youth. Jaynie holds a Master of Arts in Anthropology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Psychology.
