Daniel Brunner has a long and varied work experience. Daniel began their career in 1986 as Director of Marketing for Wolverine Software Corporation. In 1993, they founded Systemflow Simulations, Inc., where they performed and managed discrete-event simulation and other analysis projects. In 2005, they joined Kiva Systems (acquired by Amazon.com) as VP of Grocery Solutions Design, where they managed Kiva solutions design projects for new markets. In 2013, they moved to Commonwealth Supply Chain Advisors as Vice President of Consulting, where they managed a team and performed directly in planning and designing supply chain networks, warehouse management systems, warehouse layouts, and material handling equipment. In 2015, they founded Dan Brunner Associates, where they delivered client value by improving current operations and planning and designing all aspects of distribution networks, facilities, and systems, as well as manufacturing systems and material handling equipment. Finally, in 2016, they co-founded Market Wagon, Inc., where they operate local online farmers markets, delivering local food directly to consumers.
Daniel Brunner obtained their MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 1986, with a focus in Operations Management and Marketing. Daniel previously obtained their B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1980.
