Varun Pathak has over 16 years of work experience in various roles and responsibilities across multiple companies. Varun Pathak, CSM®, is currently the Senior Vice President - Growth at Market Xcel Data Matrix Pvt. Ltd. Varun Pathak, CSM®, previously worked as the Director (Research & Automation) at Jasper Colin Research from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they spent nine years at Research Now, where they held positions such as Team Leader operations, Associate Team Lead, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Varun also worked as the Deputy Manager at Kantar Operations from 2010 to 2012 and as a Team Leader at Cross-Tab Marketing Services from 2007 to 2010. Varun Pathak, CSM®, started their career as an Operations Analyst at MetrixLab in 2007 and worked as a Programmer at Annik Technology Services in 2006.

Varun Pathak completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Operations Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2010 to 2012.
