Ankit Chandnani

Ankit Chandnani began their work experience in 2019 as a Data Science Intern at Unique Computer Systems. Ankit collaborated with the Data Science team to work on the SHARE mobile app, automated invoice validation, and deployed an invoice date parsing system.

In 2020, Ankit worked as a Lead Data Analyst - Undergraduate Research at the University of Maryland, where they examined challenges children faced during the 2020 Coronavirus crisis. Ankit performed data analysis on a dataset of over 4000 responses from children in 42 countries and published a paper on the correlation between knowledge of the virus and children's concern about it.

Ankit also worked as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland's College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences. Ankit held this role from August 2020 to May 2021.

In 2021, Ankit worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Explore Digits Inc, gaining valuable experience in software engineering.

Currently, Ankit works at MarketAxess as an Associate Software Engineer. Ankit began this position in 2022 and has held roles as a Software Engineer Analyst and Associate Software Engineer.

Ankit Chandnani completed their high school education at the International Baccalaureate from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Maryland from 2018 to 2021. In January 2020, they obtained the AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
